Miami-based Hedy Goldsmith is known as one of America’s most beloved and acclaimed pastry chefs with a storied career of sweetening and revolutionizing the Miami culinary scene. Hedy’s delicious and retro-modern desserts can now be enjoyed nationwide on Goldbelly.

While a balance between savory and sweet is not unusual, Goldsmith takes it up a notch engaging every inch of the palate; sweet, salty, sour, bitter, umami, in her desserts (a signature dish is popcorn and peanuts, a milk chocolate candy bar with buttered popcorn ice cream). Creativity, passion, and an insane work ethic earned her a two-time James Beard Award Finalist for the nationally contested Outstanding Pastry Chef.

Hedy has been featured on a number of television shows including 6 seasons on Cooking Channel’s Unique Sweets, TODAY show, Food Network, Oprah, and Rachel Ray. She and an all-star team of badass women defeated Bobby Flay on Food Network's Iron Chef America as the first all-female competitors.
